HOW TO USE:

* Remove the eye mask from pouch and unfold it.

* Place mask gently over your eyes and ensure the straps are placed securely         on both ears

* The mask will start to warm up once opened for approximately 15 minutes.

* Close your eyes and let the feeling of calmness soothe you with our                     chamomile essential oil infused in each mask.
